KATIE DUVALL
Government Affairs Senior Director
Katie brings a wealth of expertise in tax policy and legislation. She currently leads the Georgia Chamber's taxation and economic development advocacy and lobbying efforts, representing the state’s business community. She has worked closely with GSEC on tax-related issues, including those critical to Georgia’s film industry. Her deep legislative relationships and strategic understanding of state policy make her a valuable asset to the organization.
An Athens native and lifelong Bulldog fan, Katie earned her B.S. in Agricultural Communication from the University of Georgia. Today, she and her husband, Zeb, live on their family farm in Morgan County with a few hundred cows.

BRAELYN BARRETT
Member Engagement Coordinator
Braelyn recently earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice from Kennesaw State University and interned with the Georgia Chamber’s Government Affairs team during the 2025 Legislative Session, where she developed a passion for the legislative process and advancing pro-business policies. Her role with GSEC is a shared position with the Georgia Transportation Alliance (GTA), another Georgia Chamber affiliate. ​
