KELSEY MOORE

Executive Director

Kelsey is the Executive Director of the Georgia Screen Entertainment Coalition, the leading advocacy organization for the film, television and digital entertainment industry in Georgia. Previously, Kelsey was the Director of Economic Development & Special Projects for the Georgia Chamber. In that role, she focused on strengthening the Chamber’s influence statewide through the Georgia Chamber Federation, a grassroots network she expanded to represent 147 community partners and 45,000+ small businesses across Georgia. She joined the Georgia Chamber in 2012, and was instrumental in the significant expansion of the Chamber’s non-dues revenue streams, and its investor benefit products, programs, and educational offerings. She holds a B.A. in Communication Media from North Carolina State University, and in 2016 earned her IOM designation for studies in nonprofit organizational management.

 

Kelsey is a proud resident of Atlanta, active in the Junior League of Atlanta and serves on the board for Inherit Georgia, an initiative of the Georgia Trust for Historical Preservation.  In her spare time, she enjoys exploring Georgia (and the world), gardening, and seeking out great food and even better wine.

NANCY PALMER

Government Affairs Director

Nancy is the Government Affairs Director for the Georgia Screen Entertainment Coalition.
Nancy represents the film, television, and digital entertainment industry through the Chamber’s Government Affairs Council, where she manages a coalition of over 450 government affairs professionals dedicated to achieving the policy objectives of the Coalition and Georgia Chamber. When the legislature is not in session Nancy works closely with the Georgia Chamber's Foundation and Policy Committees to draft legislation, identify legislative trends, monitor decisions from the state's appeals and supreme courts, and develop short and long-term policy priorities.

 

Prior to working at the Georgia Chamber, Nancy was the Executive Director and lobbyist of the Georgia Craft Brewers' Guild. Nancy resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her pup Champion.

THOMAS KINNAMON

Investor Relations Coordinator

Thomas is the Investor Relations Coordinator for the Georgia Screen Entertainment Coalition. Thomas' role includes driving membership engagement and communication, planning GSEC meetings and events, member renewals and supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization.

A native of Americus, Georgia, Thomas graduated from Furlow Charter School before earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Mercer University in Macon. With previous internships at the One Sumter Economic Development Foundation and the Office of Governor Brian P. Kemp, Thomas brings experience in communications, strategic planning, and government relations to his role. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, and binge-watching Georgia-lensed television shows.
