Kelsey is the Executive Director of the Georgia Screen Entertainment Coalition, the leading advocacy organization for the film, television and digital entertainment industry in Georgia. Previously, Kelsey was the Director of Economic Development & Special Projects for the Georgia Chamber. In that role, she focused on strengthening the Chamber’s influence statewide through the Georgia Chamber Federation, a grassroots network she expanded to represent 147 community partners and 45,000+ small businesses across Georgia. She joined the Georgia Chamber in 2012, and was instrumental in the significant expansion of the Chamber’s non-dues revenue streams, and its investor benefit products, programs, and educational offerings. She holds a B.A. in Communication Media from North Carolina State University, and in 2016 earned her IOM designation for studies in nonprofit organizational management.
Kelsey is a proud resident of Atlanta, active in the Junior League of Atlanta and serves on the board for Inherit Georgia, an initiative of the Georgia Trust for Historical Preservation. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring Georgia (and the world), gardening, and seeking out great food and even better wine.
Government Affairs Director
Cosby is the Senior Government Affairs Manager for the Georgia Chamber and leads state level lobbying efforts for the Georgia Creative Screens Coalition. Additionally, Cosby represents the film, television and digital entertainment industry through the Chamber’s Government Affairs Council, where he manages a coalition of over 450 government affairs professionals dedicated to achieving the policy objectives of the Georgia Chamber.
Before joining the Chamber, he worked on regional issues throughout Georgia on behalf of retired Senior U.S. Senator Saxby Chambliss. He also worked in the public affairs department for current Secretary of State Brian Kemp. Cosby is a graduate of Valdosta State University and resides in Woodstock, Georgia.
Maddison serves as the manager for five of the Georgia Chamber’s affiliates including the Georgia Creative Screen Coalition. As the Affiliate Manager, Maddison helps to manage the events, communication, membership and operations of the Coalition. One of her favorite things about her job is that she has the opportunity to learn about the entirely different industries her affiliates represent.
In her free time she enjoys volunteering for Lighthouse Family Retreat and A Beacon of Hope. Maddison lives in Alpharetta, Georgia with her husband Nathan, where they attend North Point Community Church, and have a loving rescue puppy named Hoosier.
Business Development Manager
Jessica supports the Chamber’s efforts to recruit new members, retain current members, and sponsorship engagement. She is a graduate of Albany State University where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing.
Prior to joining the Georgia Chamber, Jessica served as a sales representative for the Hershey Company in Knoxville, TN. She certainly enjoyed her time living in Tennessee however is thrilled to be back in Georgia regaining her peach! Jessica enjoys traveling, swimming and cooking, and has a desire to visit all 7 wonders of the world. Jessica is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Business Development Manager
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Kate Coffey currently serves as a Business Development Manager at the Georgia Chamber of Commerce. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors in Business Administration in 2013. After college, she wanted to pursue a career where giving back to her community was an integral part of her responsibilities.
Currently, she leads the efforts to recruit new members and sponsors, retain current members, and engage members with events and programs that are statewide. Kate highly appreciates working for the state chamber because she is passionate about helping new and existing businesses grow and develop through their chamber memberships. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her little sister through the Metro Atlanta Big Brothers Big Sisters program. She is a member of the Junior League of Atlanta and is a high school leader at Buckhead Church.
